Having Food allergies suck but......There is a book that your fellas need to read. It is called "Eat right 4 your type" There are 4 blood types and this book gives you info on what type of foods you need to eat for your blood type. back in the late 90s I was getting sick all the time and I didnt know why, my dad found this book and I changed my diet and I am way better now. The main thing for me is cutting out dairy, drinking Pineapple juice at least once per day, no eggs. The pineapple juice has an ingredient in it that neutralizes bile from your liver. (a big help for me) My quality of life improved due to making diet changes. I thank God I dont have that peanut allergy or Gluten allergy.
