I'm going out on a limb and thinking that it's not a scammer just someone who got took and is just repeating what the person who sold it to him said.
Wrong HP=prior seller making that claim or maybe a know it all bud.
5 YD bucket=typo or bad info from prior seller or from that bud.
8 Speed Hydro=bad info from prior seller/bud and not understanding a shuttle shift.
Now Wheel Horse did sell a GT with an "8 Speed". Somehow they called a 3 speed plus reverse dual range tranny an 8 speed by counting the reverse gears. That could be the case here, a bud with a WH "8 speed" telling him because of dual range that a 6 speed is an 8 by counting the reverse gears. But if it has a shuttle it would have more reverse gears.
Kinda cornfuzing......LOL.....if it were close to me I would almost be tempted to at least call.
