I have one- R25, I think is the number- its the smallest model, and probably 20 years old- I paid $6,000 for it at Ritchie Brothers, and from what I've seen on the net, that was about right. Several other models, more recent and bigger, so can't comment on the $14,000 price.
I sure like mine- hydrostatic drive, front loader (which I have never even tried to use- because I have a loader tractor for that sort of thing). Backhoe is great- very smooth controls, speed is just right, and of course you have take smaller bites, but it sure beats a #2 shovel.
Built like a brick outhouse, too- If price of that unit is in line, I'd get it, if you have need for it.
