It's time to 1- read your "warranty", if you can't find language in the warranty that identifies that you are responsible for the cost of tearing it down then it is time to file complaints with 1.- your local district attorney 2- your state department of insurance regulation and 3- your state department of consumer affairs/protection. In the complaint identify who you have dealt with in the dealership and what their response has been. It might be a good idea to find out who the dealer principal is and send them carbon copies of your complaints. It is an election year, sometimes the bureaucrats will actually do something for you if they're looking for votes. The important thing is not to get upset, identify WHERE IN YOUR WARRANTY DOCUMENTS coverage is provided, calmly tell them why you feel it is their responsibility to fix it (PARAGRAPH AND SECTION OF THE WARRANTY) and how you expect them to fix it and why you feel this repair is identified as their responsibility by the warranty. And MOST IMPORTANT as soon as you get them to fix it and the bill is paid cancel the freakin warranty and get your money back, that'll torque them off more than having to fix it.
