:We use a Woods HD315 with 6 blades. We have found that if there are deep knicks that the blade s be carefully ground with a 4 inch electric hand grinder. After the knicks are removed we then use a course file to complete the sharpening. The file preserves the temper that the grinder tends to remove. For us, this method works OK. Hope this will help.
