THE IRS DOESN'T SEND EMAILS!!
I work with what I think are folks with at least a halfway decent level of intelligence .....
Except for one.......
We'll call him Julio..........
One of the tax advisers was in the office a little bit ago for something, and as they usually do, asked before he left if anyone had any drive by questions...
Julio is 47 years old and I assume has been doing taxes for a few years.
Says "nope, sent mine off first week in January, just waitin on my return" tax guy says "good for you, but you shoulda got your return a couple weeks ago"
Julio says "yea, but I screwed up and forgot to sign the form... should be gettin it anytime now tho, they sent me an email about it and let me just scan the signed form and email it back"
I laughed so hard that folks thought I was havin a stroke.. (I's not friends with julio)....
