i think its a great idea! im a contractor but not american, northern neighbour, i would still be willing to use products on list if price is comparable as it must be if cost of building is only 1% higher. only concern would be can manufactures keep up if demand increases that quickly and of course availability from wholesalers, might be youd have to ask for product specifically as wholesalers would be favouring cheaper forgien products in order to have a higher markup. if nothing else i think it should be a goto first list for products for all you american contractors giving those factories a chance to catch up to demand. keep in mind just becuase its an american company your buying from, wont always be an american product. onious will be on you people to make sure of source. and i can say their right about M.I.A. nails not jamming near as often as M.I.C. nails. rocko.
