When I got home today, there was a truck hooked up to the trailer I haul my tractor on. Trailer is in the yard, ground is soft. Even though they had a 4 wheel drive they were stuck(bald tires). Called sheriff and arrested them. Told deputy to impound the truck as my yard was damaged. Called my lawyer and he got a lien put on the truck until my yard was fixed or I received a cash settlement to repair the yard. They can't get the truck back until this is taken care of. If my yard doesn't get repaired by a certain time,I get the truck. 2009 Silverado HD 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive, 6.0 liter engine, 4 speed automatic, tow package and reciever hitch, all the bells & whistles with 32,000 miles. Figure they'll repair the yard and Iwon't get the truck. I did press charges.
