"I think our government could control this, if they chose to! " My quote above--suggest that our government might have some control in what is exported from this country and the amount.
I am definately not for more government control but if there was a limit to the export of copper, would that have made a difference.
From what I have read, China is buying all the copper they can get. Surely someone realised this would happen.
