A fellow I know had me help refurbish a shepard SD30 Tractor a couple of years ago,Now he has found a SD4 to bring home and refurbish.any one here had any thing to do with one of these tractors? I think they are kinda neat,reminds me of the old UC Allis chalmers by looks. the SD3 is 3 Cyl. and he says the SD4 is 4 cyl.Both diesel.He wants to get the full range of this companies models SD 1-2-3-4 and a Farmall with a repower he called it. Don't know the model Farmall that was repowered with the Shepard engine..So now he has the 3 and the 4.The SD4 he is going to pick up is in Oregon some where.
