Hey,
milked a heel spur til my knee and hip was giving me trouble (walking on the side of my foot and bowlegged). Wife sent me to a doctor that took care of her tennis elbow with shockwave (translated) treatment. Little thing like an air hammer that they run over the painful area which loosens it up for blood flow then a pill twice a day for ten days (optional) to increase circulation so the infection (sore spot) flushes out quicker. 1st treatment last week with instant results, today I got stuck in a room and forgot about for awhile. Plenty of time to play with the machine. Neat looking little air hammer like a big ballpoint pen (1" ? ball). Air pressure at about 45psi, gel for lube then push into painful area and jackhammer....... They remembered me when they heard me doing my own foot  Next time (if) I get one, gonna try an airhammer first. Foot and hip are pain free and knee is just about better. Last treatment next week.........
