Gotta share this..... Buddy done something stupid about a 6 weeks ago which made me do something stupid and have had heel spurs on one foot since. So painful that the knee and hip is screwed up from favoring. Worse part is getting out of bed in the morning or up off the couch after more than a few minutes.....
Been gonna make a doctor appointment but will be written sick and can't afford the downtime. Had goutlike pain before and the vinegar fixed it quick. Hobbled out of bed yesterday morning and had a big gulp (double shot) of vinegar, did the same thing before going to bed last night. Got up this morning and couldn't believe the difference. Gimped a little because of the leg but the heel pain was almost unnoticeable.
