This a buyer beware on this company!! I was working on rebuilding a Farmall H engine and was looking for a sleeve puller. Found one on the NTX tools website pretty expensive but i decided to order it keep in mind this was around march 3 or 7th. After about 3 weeks without the order being received I called them and the phone attendant said that part had been back ordered and would ship within the week. Approximately 3 more weeks pass without seeing the tool or hearing from the company via email or phone. I let a little more time pass called again they assured me it was shipping this week. Tired of their B/S I contacted a local machinist to see what the charge would be to have him remove the sleeves he said about 78- 100 dollars. So on july 27 i called the ntx tool company back to check the status of my order. I was told by Mitch it was still on back order but would ship in three to four weeks. He asked me do I still want it or cancel my order. I told him cancel the order he asked a reason and I told him I found a local shop to do the work for cheaper than the tool cost. He said ok I'll take care of it. 3 weeks later lo and behold a package shows up on front door step. Its the sleeve puller!!! Now I'm aggrevated. The next day I call their 1 800 number and talk with one of their reps. I am told there was no cancelation on my order. I said yes there was on 7-27 i called and cancelled. the person on the other asked who did you talk to? I said Mitch. He said well thats me and i don't remember you canceling. So after a long argument they sent me a return label Ups shipping. The day I ship the puller back I get notified from card company a large purchase has been charged to my card. Its from them. Giving them a couple days to receive the return i called them on 8-18 and talked to allan. He said we just received it and it will take a day to inspect for damage. The package was unopened. So giving them 2 days now with no credit back to my card I am considering legal action and filling fraud charges. They are a company with bad service, customer service, and are a fraudulent company just trying to get your credit card info. There are plenty of other complaints from other people on other on the web about this company just look it up. Sorry for the book but I am just trying to prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did. I will never deal with company again

Thanks for your time fellas.
