Hey guys,
Spent the afternoon helping Grandad and Uncle cut wheat (don't know that I'm a lot of help, but helped switch fields and jockey a couple trucks)
They first tried this early afternoon, but moisture was close to 19, so we waited.. Got going about 3pm, was down to 15%. Running anywhere from mid 70's to low 90's per acre.. My folks farm was right around a 85 bpa average.. SE Lower Michigan. Would have been a shade better if we didn't have so much hurt from all the rain this spring, but then the stuff on the higher ground would have been worse, so I guess it's 6 in one hand, half dozen in the other.
