Its a high clearance D17 not a high crop. They came with 13.6x38 standard tire size or could order with 14.9x38 or 15.5x38 rubber. Draw bar is about 20" to 22" high. The high clearance modles used the same drop axel as the regular D17s, Just have diffrent gearing in the rear end to keep the same speeds with the bigger tires.
