The people conducting the interview will want to know what you did and your accomplishmits on your old jobs. Eye to eye contact is inportant (don't look out the window) ans show them you are interested. Also have a list of references (with permission) to present to the person conducting the interview, give it to hin/her as the interview as it is winding down.
Write a follow-up letter after the interview expressing your interest and thanking them for their time.
