: : HiIam new to the internet.Iam really interested in all makes and models of tractors. Iam really interested in Masseys. Iam in the process of restoring a Massey 30 and would appreciate any advice or help you could pass along. If you are interested in talking tractors or farming so am I. Hope to hear from someone soon Wayne : I have 2 Massey Harris 30's. One suggestion that I can : offer - to flush the rad - I used a sump pump, hooked the large : hose from the sump to the hose at the bottom of rad, plugged the outlet : on the side of motor where hose from bottom of rad : connects to motor - I put the sump in a garbage can of water : and plugged it in - water was coming about 2 inches above the rad - : it worked great - : I did some of the work on one but had the other : restored by a retired mechanic - he did a wonderful job, : It is beautiful - really sharp - : Ed Wilson Dear Ed thanks for that tip I have a lot to learn right now I need to get the electrical system working. The wires to the lights are stripped and they tend to short out. My 30 has a bucket on it, it was used to plow snow mainly. I need to find a parts manual,Ijust bought an owners manual, and now I need to find parts such as a back light and the rod for the choke. I hope to hear from you again. Wayne
