Reminds me of smething that happened. The State Dept ordered a new armored SUV for the Amassador of Kuwait. The helpful salesman took it to lunch and put 40 gallons of fuel into it so they wouldnt have to buy it on their drive there..
It had a tamper proof fuel tank, the Chevrolet techs said they had to drive it to get the diesel out... but the airplane to Kuwait was leaving in an hour or so.
So they stopped by where I worked, and in about 20 minutes we had them emptied - with about a gallon left in to get them to the airport.
Our solution was - the gas tank and gas cap were tamperproof... but the fuel filler hose was not we unscrewed the clamp, ran a one inch hose in the tank and siphoned it. Feds were suprised at how fast we could empty that (tamperproof)tank. Stood there with their mouths open.
But we got some free diesel and a bucket of chicen out of the deal. Plus the satisfaction of a well done job and getting the SUV to Kuwait in time for a meeting there.
