Sure you could make one. If you have a tractor, and can get to the post, you can use a loader, or your 3 point lift arms and a chain to pull them. You can also use a bumper jack to pull them. They make a piece of metal that is rectangular with 2 holes, one to slip over the post, the other to hang onto the jack for this pupose, or you can use a chain. Hope this helps, Matt
