There was already a piece of angle iron welded to the seat spring that had slots to hold a 1/4" chain. I fabricated straps from steel I bought at Home Depot that allowed me to connect the chains to the lower lift arms. See picture at: http://www.ytmag.com//nboard/messages/392892.html
