I will try to get things started. I ordered one of the first toy "G's" built by Pete Freheit back in the early 80's. They were hand built and numbered. It was modeled from a 49 tractor, and since I had a 49 model, I had it numbered the same as the real one. A few years later I sold the real one at my farm sale. About five years later I did a S.N. check on it and found it was built the day before I was born and shipped on my birthday. I didn't want to sell it to start with, so that left no choice for me but to try to get it back. It took 14 years but I finally have them united again. (Don't know if this fits your coloum but there it is.) DON
