I have some planted pines that are struggline hard against the native fauna (dog fennel, broomsedge grass, etc.). Since I don't own a sprayer and don't want to keep borrowing my neighbor's I was looking at some alternatives. I was thinking of buyiny one of those rear deck mounted ATV 25 gal. 12v diaphram pump rigs from Ag-Supply or TSC then outfit it with some 10' booms and sprayer nozzles. Anyone have any experience with these sprayers and the usefullness. Don't want to throw my $$ but thought this would at least provide me with an inexpensive, very mobile spayer of my own. Comments?
