Maybe a case of one man's junk being another man's treasure, but if I were you I'd keep the Fast Hitch and get the adapter bars for 3-point implements - especially if you have to hook up to things by yourself.

With the adapters, you can hook them onto the implement without the tractor and position them so they're horizontal to the ground. I use a 2x4 with some slots cut in it and a piece of rope to hold it in place, but there may be better ways to do it. Then all you have to do is to back the tractor up so the Fast Hitch catches the adapter bars, jump off and hook up the top link, and you're ready to go.

A 3-point is miserable if you're trying to do things by yourself. You end up pushing on the tractor, the implement, the hitch, or all three at the same time trying to get things to line up, and heaven help you if you didn't park the implement on level ground. You're pretty exposed to pinch points, etc. while you're doing all this, so it's a good way to get hurt.

Fast Hitch is much better - easier and safer - in my opinion. You've really got the best of both worlds if you just go with the adapter bars instead of ripping the Fast Hitch off to put on a 3-point hitch. At least that's my take on it.
