Sounds like a good deal. I had to cough up $4000 for my 400. It is a primo unrestored tractor with a low serial number and very low hours. I couldn't pass it up because it has a perfect Electrall. I have seen the Electrall advertised for $2500 with no description as to whether they were complete, serviceable, and ready to mount. I had to add a tach, early fast hitch, power steering, third valve, and wheel weights. Don't like wide fronts. I found it here at YT and it was only 100 miles from home.
