Hope you got the tractor inside out of the weather! Wether it's a show tractor or not I'd wax it with a good car wax & buff it out good. Do all the sheetmetal but leave the frame rails alone. Too rough, never be able to get the dried wax out. I recommend McGuire's wax system, It's a 3 step process, cleaner, polish, & wax. I used to wash/wax the entire fleet Dad had after we got done planting & still had all the duals mounted up. Took a week to clean them all up just to take a picture of them! A little wax sure goes a long way to protect your $$$ in the new paint job. I even wax my 3 Cub Cadets once a year.
