Hi Phil, yes, the small rad in front of main rad is an oil cooler for hydraulic/transmission oil. The oil cooler should have a thumb screw that will allow it to swing out of the way to clean the main rad. They main rad is difficult to clean out the air passages as I recall rad cooling tubes are staggered making the air swirl around the tubes. You have to use an air gun, blowing from the fan side first then from the front side. Also clean the air cleaner filter. Other possible causes of over heating: 1) Thermostat stuck closed 2) Rad core clogged with lime 3) Water pump
After engine has warmed up, rev engine to about 2000 RPM and look at bottom rad hose to see if it is collasping.
