Outer is easy.
Remove tire and wheel, remove bolt cap covers and seal, gasket, and felt are easily accessible.
Inner is a project and a half. Top cover must come off, although rumor has it it can be done through the PTO hole after removing PTO. Axle retainer bolts come off, axle housing can now be removed from trans case, bull gear will drop into bottom of case. More than likely the axle will be grooved where inner seal used to seal. It's been leaking long enough for outer seal to fail. That will need to be welded up and turned or speedy sleeve installed. Outer seal surface is probably grooved also. Maybe it's 2 projects to get it done "right".
I personally just replaced the outer seals, felts, and gaskets then pumped them full of fresh grease. So far they havent leaked.
