Besides penetrating oil, another tip that might help is to find a good, stout punch that just fits into the Allen wrench hole. Give it a dozen smart raps with a hammer before you ever inert he allen wrench. It may help to jar the threads loose. If anything is gonna give, it will be the internal head of the bolt splitting, allowing the wrench to slip. Use a new, name brand wrench, or at least make sure the wrench you have is in PERFECT condition. If you can give the Allen wrench some help with an additional vise-grip around the outside, along with the Allen wrench inside, you might increase your torque before the head splits. Good luck!
