Since you say your not sure of the in and out of your valve I'd say the arrows on your photo are wrong. I'd say what you say is "out to pump" is pressure supply into the valve. The line you say is "in from side of tractor" is actually the oil out of the valve returning to the resivoir. Is that a hose splice in the dark part of the photo behind the tail of the bottom arrow? If so it looks like the pipe you did not label is the "pressure down" side of the valve set up to dump into the return line at the tee So I would say the valve is set up for "single action" or one way as you call it. The line you call "out to loader" would go to the lift port of the 3 point cyl. The line you say is not shown is the "suction" or the feed for the PTO pump. Please know that this is posted based on 90% guess and 10% IDK. As for using the belly pump only you will have to get that info from another poster. I will say it would most likely lift less that way due to the lower psi output of the belly pump.
