Did you flip the drawbar around and mount it to the front mounting pads on the final drives?
295's are pretty rare and I haven't seen a lot of discussion on them... AFAIK it should mount just like an A-193 plow. You flip the drawbar around, bolt it to the front mounting pads, and then bolt the plow to the drawbar, offset to the right side.
The solid bar link should bolt to the center hole of the drawbar and connect to the right arm of the touch control. This controls the pitch of the plow, which controls the depth of the plow.
In the rear, I think all there is is a chain to lift it out of the ground. The chain should be slack when plowing. None of the pictures I have found show any sort of screw adjustment, though I would expect it possibly adjusts side-to-side level, which you check once you've made a pass and have the tractor's right wheels in the furrow on the second pass.
If the plow is not plowing evenly, it could be mounted wrong. It could also be worn out, or the ground could be too dry and hard to plow.
