Hey everyone, haven't posted here for a long while..years even. I'm hoping to get back in the scene here on YT might be needing a little help from time to time! Anyways, came across a guy on CL looking to sell a 450 gas tractor he was asking $1900 seemed like a pretty good deal so I snatched it up. Schwartz wide front, fast hitch, old loader but works fine..tires are all 50%. The bad: low side of the TA is starting to slip once in a while. I don't plan on working it real hard probably just be on the fast hitch sickle mower I've had just sitting around.
The best part? The seller happened to have a 460 gas right behind it. I've never been around these but always liked the look of them. The back tires are nothing to brag about but hold air, TA is good, fast hitch. Tractor runs good, but after a couple minutes the carb will flood and the tractor dies. Stuck needle or bad float maybe? Seller wants $1800...I told him I'd probably take it. Just wanted to see what the experts on YT thought about it. Hoping to get a few pictures in the next couple days. Also hoping I did alright, but hey sometimes a guy just gets excited and can't say no :)
