you are right that is for balancing if it is balanced back or forward balance is balance they do run engine speed so its important if you are grinding a thousand bu a day would have the bngs and seal knocked out have fun you need one of those small 5in grinders IH made so you can get in the feed business HAPPY NEW YEAR YOUR FRIEND IN IOWA
