advertising - how old?

I bought this post card on ebay and wondering if anyone can tell me how old it is. It advertises McCormick Deering - I thought you IH guys might know something. Personally I own a Ford 2N, but my Dad had a Farmall H for the longest time, until my brother befell upon it. Last time I saw it, it was in several boxes. I bought the post card because it was sent from the town next to me.
