300U - Hydraulic oil coming out vent

Have a continuing case of hydraulic oil coming out the hydraulic reservoir vent of my 300 Utility. Did this when I bought it, also. Recently had hydraulic oil changed by Case/IH dealer when the tractor was in for some other work - oil was very milky, and obviously hadn't been changed in recent memory. They theoretically cleaned the screen in the hydraulic system then, also. Any ideas on why the continued venting? Level in the reservoir is kind of hard to see on the dip stick with the nice clean new oil, but does not appear to be overfilled. From the parts book, it appears that the screen is inside the reservoir on this tractor, and I'm assuming you would have to take the reservoir apart to get at it for a thorough cleaning - anyone know if this is correct? Also had a problem with the hydraulics not working until the tractor warmed up yesterday. This was the first time since the oil was changed that this has happened. Seemed as if the pump might be starved for fluid since its output kind of pulsated. Is this a sign of a marginally plugged screen that allows enough flow to the pump only after the oil is warmed up? Thanks for any ideas and/or information on this.

You can never have wide enough tires or heavy enough weights to get all the traction you want … unless you own a monster tractor. U
