It's al there in the owner's manausl got one? If not get one. Meanwhile remove the upper bolster cap. Disconnect the steering shaft. Turn the shaft and back it out. If you have the 360 degree sector gear flip it over while you are there, Cut off the two cotter keys on the castellated nuts at the bottom of the radiator and remove those nuts. If the studs come with them don't worry, save the studs for reinstall. Watch the order of the springs and parts coming off the studs.
