Not rebuildable. Seals yes make it pump, no. They are aluminum, and when the case gets scrubbed, there is no rebuilding that is durable. I have seen new ones in the 400 range, and more commoly 700. Shopping is a good thing. Change the screen and it might help some. thicker Hydraulic Transmission oil might make a big difference. Mobile, Shell and othes make it. Jim
