I would want to check it out closly before making an offer . You can put a lot of cash in these if it needs to be rebuilt . Just beacuase it run means little . I paid $800.00 for one like you describe . was not expecting to rebuild the engine . So now have a couple big bills into it . You can get a three point hitch adapter to be more usefull too. I am really enjoying mine . But worked on it a lot . Once its done I expect it will need nothing for a very long time . Like a hundred years or so . Im not kidding , the abuse these thing take and last 40 years ... Good luck have fun hunting old iron that usefull
