he goes it been some time scene i work on a 1086 brake but first check see if that brake could be dropping down applying pressure to the brake it could be a simple as the return spring is broken, also if the brake valve on fire wall is going bad like leaking by also applying pressure. that could be the problem then check make sure that it is getting proper lube the line that supply the fluid to brake valve also goes to the brake drum to lube it. if i was checking it i have tractor running check see if you have a good flow of fluid on lube side then see if you get fluid on pressure line i believe the lube line is one going into center of brake housing pressure line is one on top of housing you could loosen the bleed valve to see if you are getting pressure build up form a bad. this part brake down can be found at,, official case online parts store,,
