put the sway pin in the link to keep it straight. put the two point draw bar in the hitch. Lift the hitch to about mid point, and put a high lift jack under it. Block the wheels front and back. lower the hitch gently so all hitch weight is on the jack. Shut off the engine. Remove the hoses from the cylinder (be careful there could be residual pressure). Plug the inlets to the cylinder and then jack up the hitch so the tires are still well on the ground, but the jack is lifting. If it stays that way for 2 or 3 hours, the cylinder is good.
