Farmall H Radiator Hieght

The old rubber shims were shot . So I bought some neoprene rubber sheet to make the new mounts with . Is there a height ? or just eye ball the radiator support rod and center that in the hole in the radiator? Would like to do this once and have the sheet metal fit . Thanks
