The PS is a complete unit on a 350. The 300 (or 350 for that matter) manual box is not strong enough as it is let alone putting a power assist on the input. Look to Jackson Power Steering dot com for a great way to do it. A linkage type booster is best, using the original manual gears for side to side coordination. Jim
