You arent the only one looking for the same need to keep checking ebay on the I-H parts and stuff also the want adds on this site cause now and then one item or the other sill show up but they arent cheap. Some fasten a flywheel from a car engine using automatic tranny flywheel between the engine and tranny then make a bracket to hold the starter sure beats crankingwouldnt cost much then could always add factory if you do find one.
