SMTA Decal Question

I bought a super mta in buckets and before i painted I put it all back together and took a picture of it. When I got the pictures back my wife notice in front of the Super MTA touque amplified decal on the hood that on the grill their is another decal that says MTA. What is the extra MTA decal on the grill for or Mean??
