It could be "original paint" to an extent. Sometimes the Super C's, C's, Super A's, etc. got re-painted by the dealer at a promotional cost when the newer hundred series tractors came out. They painted them partially white to match the hundred series tractors, so the farmer would feel like he had something new and looked like the new ones. This tractor you're looking at could be the case of that. I have attached a picture of 1953 Super C that this was done to.

But, if you were willing to spend the money you could order tractors painted colors other than red from the factory, or since it is a more or less 60 year old tractor, some previous owner may have had it painted white at some point in it's life. Lots of possibilities for why it has the white paint.
