I saw a kit that was supposed to tighten up the shifter, it had a new pin and the other part in there whose name I have forgotten. It was on ebay but now seems to have gone away. I am looking for something like that for my 300. The shift lever twists about 45 degrees and because it is bent it does not shift easily. I am hoping that one of those kits would take the ability to twist out of the lever and I am wondering if anyone else has used one and how well it worked for you. Any advice will be much appreciated. Zach
