Clutch disk has gotten stuck (rusted) to the flywheel/pressure plate. It happens sometimes to my SH when it sits idle too long. Breaking it free is simple:
- Move the tractor to hard, level piece of ground
- Start the engine in neutral, let it warm up a few minutes then shut it down. (This is so it will start easily in the next step)
- Put the transmission in 4th and restart the engine. (If it won't start in 4th, start it in 1st then with the engine idling "snap shift" it sequentially thru the gears into 4th.
- Now depress the clutch, open the throttle wide then step HARD on both brakes. The clutch should break free as the engine gets dragged down.

If this doesn't do it, with the tractor rolling in 4th, float shift it into 5th then repeat the last step above.
