Setting here nursing a pulled lower back mussel it must have affected my brain or it is CRS and i can't remember what it is suppose to be at the moment off the top of my head. BUT not only do you need the pressure BUT the flow . When was the last time the MCV had a spring kit installed and a new MCV pump. Your flow divider may not be doing it's job correctly my have something stuck in the steering orifice , my have a slight leak . With two 706's and 1 1066 and 1 old ratty 806 the best steering one is the 806 and it steers like a 4020 , why ?????? don't know never checked to see what steering orifice was in it and never checked the pressure on it as it ain't broke and i ain't going looking till it breaks . For the cost of a MCV pump and a spring and gskt kit ya can't go wrong.
