I put a new oil pressure guage in the old H a couple weeks ago and it seemed to work fine. Then all of a sudden it stuck at 70 lbs and would not return to zero. I took it off and shot some wd40 in and hit it with some air pressure and it freed up. I also took the line from the block to the guage off and made sure it wasnot stopped up. It was clear. It worked fine for a few days and now it is stuck again. Any suggestions as to why it is sticking and what I can do to keep it working. Also what would be an acceptable oil pressure on an H after it is warmed up?
