I would take the hose off coming from pump to the flow divider valve and look at the orfice to see if it is in place . It is a pressed in disc and sometimes they come out or turn side ways in the port. This will send too much oil through power steering circuit but since you have another pump for hitch which supplements aux valves they will still work all be it slower. I have seen this happen a few times.
