Do not sand or emery cloth the bearings. You will get particles embeddedin the bearing and scratch the cam. You need to mic the bearing journal of the cam and the inside of the bearing to see the difference in measurements. Then get a bearing reamer and adjust the bearing to fit within specs. Good luck.
